ShrimpFest @ Bernstein Park (Free event) Saturday, December 9 11 am – 9 pm Join the entire Stock Island Community at the new Bernstein Park for a delicious celebration for all the senses. Bring your appetite for our Low Country Shrimp Boil featuring fresh platters key west pink shrimp, smoked sausage, corn on the cob, new potatoes and cornbread. Wear your dancing shoes for great live island music featuring some very special guests. There will be beer and local rum punch along with lots of kid’s activities. Native vendors will be offering their handcrafted wares (perfect for your holiday shopping) and many Stock Island businesses will be showcased. First annual Stock Island Maritime Olympics, Little Mr. and Miss Stock Island contest and a tree lighting ceremony highlight the event. SUBMIT A VENDOR APPLICATION Vendor space – ($75/$50 not-for-profit) 10x10 space. You provide tent, tables, etc. Limited electric. Quiet generators permitted. Preference given to hand-made items. Food booth – ($150) 10x15 space. Tent or concession trailer. Generators preferred. We will limit the types of food and number of vendors to offer diversity. We will also be using local restaurants to provide the shrimp boil. You will come and cook the meal onsite and sell to the organization for $15 each. We will sell to the patrons for $20. Activities for kids – (free) Groups or organizations providing free activities for kids will be given space at no charge. Musicians/Entertainers – (in-kind) Businesses or organizations may sponsor a band or entertainer (clown, juggler, face painter, etc.) to be a part of the festival Sponsor Application  -- sponsor the Olympics, Little Mr. & Miss Contest, Beer/wine/spirit garden or Shrimp Boil
