The I Love Stock Island Festival is a city-wide event December 8-10, 2017 celebrating the heritage and history of Stock Island. Not limited to any one specific venue or happening, guests are invited to experience three full days of free & ticketed events showcasing Stock Island’s culinary, entertainment, artistic, cultural & historic gems.
Friday, December 8, 2017Food Truck Finds (lunch - times vary)Discover the flourishing food truck scene on Stock Island. These trucks and take-aways are hidden in plain sight all over the island and are excited to have you try a special $5 sample to taste what they have to offer. Visitors will pick up a Stock Island pirate map with the participating locations marked and will tour Stock Island at their leisure via trolleys. Pick a track specially prepared for art lovers, history buffs, families, or foodies. Guests may ‘find treasure’ along the way for a chance to win some great prizes. Highlights include $10 history tours from Up the Keys Tours and $10 banana boat rides from Sunset Watersports along with many other free activities.
